All plugins, themes, and custom projects developed by Xferno remain the intellectual property of Xferno unless otherwise agreed in a written contract.

This restriction applies to all delivery formats: source files, compiled code, theme XML exports, plugin archives, and any derivative builds created by the client.

Clients must not use any product or service provided by Xferno for illegal, fraudulent, or unethical activities. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Hosting or distributing malware, phishing pages, or spam content;
• Sharing pirated or copyright-infringing material;
• Operating deceptive or fraudulent services.

Xferno is not responsible or liable for any misuse, illegal activity, or content hosted on client websites after delivery.

Clients may make personal modifications to the code for their own use only.

Support and updates are provided according to the plan or agreement purchased at the time of sale.

If you encounter a genuine bug or issue within the original scope, please contact Xferno via Telegram or Discord and it will be resolved promptly under the applicable support period.

Xferno reserves the right to enforce these terms to the fullest extent permitted by law. Violations of these Terms & Conditions may result in:

• Immediate termination of the client's license;
• Revocation of access to updates and support;
• Potential civil or criminal legal action depending on the severity of the violation.

These terms are subject to change without prior notice. Continued use of any Xferno product after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
